I had a lovely Italian style lunch. The Merinda tomatoes were amazing with olive oil, salt and red wine vinegar. Alongside the bread and meats it took me back to a lovely evening with some Italian friends at their home in the hills.

The Prosciutto was fantastic. We made our flatbread into a pizza which worked very well... no soggy bottom! However, the resounding family favourite though was the studded olive bread!
