Every Italian region has its own favourite cheese production and salumi recipe each with their own unique personality, taste and style.

We source the finest selection of salumi  from two Italian families, the Marini family in Tuscany and the Pedrazzoli family in Lombardy in the north and have selected some of our favourite regional cheeses so you can enjoy the nuances of each together.

We suggest serving with your choice of accompaniments and breads.
